Our services
We collate documents into court bundles for other lawyers as a specialist litigation support service. You can send them to us electronically or on paper or, a mixture of both.
How it works
When we receive the documents we will collate, paginate and index them.
We will then arrange delivery of the required number of paper copies of the bundle to the court in advance of the hearing through the document exchange service and provide you with an electronic copy through your secure client portal on our website.
With your consent we will provide an electronic copy of a bundle to a barrister who has recommended our service to you in a particular case at no additional charge to you.
If you would prefer to have a paper copy of the bundle rather than an electronic one then we can send one to you at a small additional charge to cover production costs.
You can also use our service to provide an electronic copy of the bundle to any expert instructed and to the Judge.
Our service is designed so that you can use it from the start and also during a case to update a bundle for interlocutory hearings. Where we have already collated the bundle you will only pay for the updated pages.
Bespoke services
We know that sometimes bespoke bundles are needed and accordingly the service we offer can be tailored to provide them.
For lawyers who like to retain control of their bundle we are able to adapt our service to facilitate collaboration of the bundle index before it is finalised.
If you want your firm’s logo to appear on the front of the bundle then we can arrange that too.
We can paginate medical records for you as part of the bundle. However we know that sometimes medical records require medical expertise to ensure that collation is done correctly. This is especially true where those records are relied on as evidence in the case. We can introduce you to a specialist company who can provide expert collation of medical records if this is needed.
We are also aware that sometimes instructions at the last minute are unavoidable. When that happens we will work under expedited terms and with the courier service you arrange to get the paper copies of the bundle to the court and others quickly.
At the conclusion of the case
Once you have your court bundle in electronic form you may of course decide that the storage saving is such that you want to store your paper file electronically as well. Please contact us for more information if you do.
