Information security is paramount
We operate a strict security protocol for every practice registered with us.
- Firstly, we set up your dedicated user account with a unique password. Only then can documents be received or delivered.
- You control the password, so you decide which members of your team have access to your account.
- Each bundle is also given a unique password. Once the bundle is collated, we will encrypt it using that password before uploading it to your account.
For speed and ease, your practice can access an electronic copy of the collated bundle via a web interface. Our secure portals also let you accept compliance documents and upload documents for collation.
Our server is hosted by a company with an excellent reputation for both electronic and physical security, to give complete peace of mind.
